Omoda

The Omoda car brand is a Chinese marque created by Chery Automobile for international markets, with a primary focus on technology-oriented crossover SUVs. Its first widely exported model, the Omoda 5, introduced the brand’s coupe-inspired styling, digital cabin layout, and extensive driver-assistance features. The range has since expanded in selected markets with electric, gasoline, and hybrid vehicles, including the E5, Omoda 7, and larger Omoda 9. Omoda is commonly sold alongside Chery’s Jaecoo brand, although the two maintain different design themes and market positions. Aimed mainly at younger urban buyers, Omoda competes through distinctive styling, generous standard equipment, and a growing selection of electrified powertrains.
