Prodrive
The Prodrive car brand grew from a British motorsport and advanced engineering company founded by David Richards in 1984. Prodrive built its reputation through successful rally and racing programs, including its long association with Subaru in the World Rally Championship and competition projects for Aston Martin. Its road-car activities now include the P25, a limited-production reinterpretation of the two-door Subaru Impreza, and the Hunter, an all-terrain performance vehicle derived from a Dakar rally machine. Rather than operating as a conventional mass-market automaker, Prodrive applies race-developed engineering, lightweight construction, and specialized manufacturing to exclusive vehicles. Its cars are aimed at collectors and experienced drivers seeking direct links to competition technology.
