Rossion was an American low-volume sports car brand best associated with the Q1, a mid-engine coupe developed from the Noble M400 platform. Introduced in 2007, the Rossion Q1 combined a lightweight chassis with carbon-Kevlar bodywork, rear-wheel drive, and a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter Ford Duratec V6 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Its compact proportions and strong power-to-weight ratio placed greater emphasis on acceleration, handling, and driver involvement than luxury or daily practicality. Rossion also produced the more track-focused Q1R and later acquired Mosler Automotive’s manufacturing assets. Built in limited numbers in Florida, Rossion cars targeted enthusiasts seeking an uncommon American alternative to established European exotics.
