The Ultima RS LT5 represents the most extreme factory-listed powertrain configuration in the RS range, combining a supercharged Chevrolet V8 with a chassis engineered around low weight and aerodynamic efficiency. Its Le Mans-inspired bodywork is more than a styling exercise: the roof scoop, sculpted splitters and substantial rear wing are designed to manage airflow, cooling and downforce. A rear-mid-engine layout, rear-wheel drive and double-wishbone suspension keep its engineering focused on high-speed stability and driver involvement.
Introduced in 2019, the LT5 version uses a 6.2-litre General Motors V8 producing 755 hp and 715 lb·ft of torque. A Porsche six-speed manual transaxle sends that output to the rear wheels. Ultima claims 2.3 seconds for 0–60 mph and a gearing-limited top speed exceeding 250 mph, figures that place this two-seat coupe among the most formidable lightweight supercars of its era.
