The MG Cyber Trophy brought MG's historic roadster identity into the electric era, combining dramatic styling with a fully electric powertrain and a low-slung two-seat sports roadster layout. Its distinctive scissor doors, open-top configuration and sculpted bodywork give it a strong visual presence, while the rear-wheel-drive platform preserves a more traditional sports-car character than the all-wheel-drive Cyber GT. With its blend of modern technology, long-range capability and classic roadster proportions, the Cyber Trophy represents a bold new direction for the MG brand.
The 2024–2026 MG Cyber Trophy uses a single electric motor producing 335 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. Direct drive sends power to the rear wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 4.8 seconds and 0–62 mph taking 5.0 seconds. Top speed reaches 121 mph, while the 74.4 kWh battery provides a claimed 316-mile range. Its combination of instant electric torque, rear-wheel drive and open-top design gives the Cyber Trophy a distinctive balance of performance and grand-touring appeal.
