The MG HS PHEV brought plug-in hybrid technology into MG’s next-generation family SUV, combining contemporary styling with the flexibility of electric driving and petrol-powered touring. The 2024–2026 MG HS PHEV delivers a combined 303 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque through its plug-in hybrid powertrain. A two-speed automatic transmission sends power to the front wheels, enabling 0–60 mph in 6.6 seconds and 0–62 mph in 6.8 seconds. Top speed reaches 102 mph, while the 23.2 kWh net battery provides a listed electric range of 74 miles. Its blend of strong acceleration, electric-only capability and family-friendly practicality defines this modern MG SUV.
