The 2020–2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque P300e PHEV introduced plug-in hybrid power to the second-generation Evoque, combining a turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor to deliver 309 horsepower. Its 398 lb-ft of combined torque is sent through an all-wheel-drive system, with a nine-speed automatic transmission managing the petrol engine's output while the electric motor drives the rear axle. The 15-kWh battery is the key difference from the conventional mild-hybrid Evoque models, allowing the P300e to operate using electric power for shorter journeys while retaining the flexibility of a petrol engine for longer trips.
