The GMA T.50 was conceived as a supercar that puts mechanical purity ahead of excess. Its three-seat layout, central driving position, compact proportions, and famously lightweight construction give it a character unlike most modern exotic cars. Instead of surrounding the driver with unnecessary complexity, Gordon Murray’s design focuses attention on the interaction between the driver, engine, and chassis. The result is a car that feels deliberately engineered around the driving experience rather than simply chasing headline figures.
For 2023–2026, the T.50 used a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter V12 producing 661 hp and 353 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission sends power to the rear wheels, while the rear-mid engine layout keeps the mechanical balance focused. The combination of a high-revving V12, manual gearbox, and lightweight construction gives the T.50 a remarkably direct character in an era increasingly dominated by automated and electrified performance cars.
