2011–2015 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Specs & Performance

The Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse took Bugatti’s already extraordinary roadster concept and pushed its engineering much further. Its 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 developed 1,200 PS and 1,500 Nm, with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission sending power to all four wheels. That combination produced a 2.5-second 0–60 mph time and a 255 mph top speed, while the revised drivetrain, cooling and chassis were engineered to cope with the enormous output.

The 2011–2015 Vitesse retained the open-top character of the Grand Sport but incorporated wider engineering changes inspired by the Super Sport. A reinforced structure, double-wishbone suspension, ventilated disc brakes and enormous dedicated tires helped manage its performance, while the two-seat cabin and 1.3 ft³ luggage area kept practicality firmly secondary. Bugatti quoted 410 km/h with the roof closed and 375 km/h in handling mode, emphasizing that this was far more than simply a more powerful Grand Sport.
