The 2009–2010 Lamborghini Reventón Roadster brought the fighter-jet-inspired character of the Reventón into an open-top format. Its sharply sculpted bodywork, removable roof and rear-mid-engine layout gave the two-seat roadster a dramatic presence, while the carbon-fiber construction and all-wheel-drive system retained Lamborghini’s performance-focused approach. Produced in very limited numbers, the Reventón Roadster combined the Murciélago-based V12 platform with distinctive styling and open-air driving.
The 2009–2010 Reventón Roadster uses a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 producing 661 hp and 487 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 3.3 seconds and top speed reaching 205 mph. Its combination of rear-mid-engine V12 power, all-wheel drive and limited-production construction gave the Reventón Roadster a strong performance foundation.
