The 2009–2011 Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SV represented the most focused development of Lamborghini’s Murciélago flagship. Its aggressive bodywork, lightweight construction and prominent rear wing gave the V12 supercar a sharper performance character, while the rear-mid-engine layout and all-wheel-drive system retained the core Murciélago formula. With increased power and reduced weight, the LP 670-4 SV pushed the model further toward a more performance-oriented interpretation of Lamborghini’s flagship V12.
The 2009–2011 Murciélago LP 670-4 SV uses a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 producing 661 hp and 487 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 3.1 seconds and top speed reaching 213 mph. Its combination of lightweight construction, V12 power, all-wheel drive and rear-mid-engine layout gave the LP 670-4 SV an exceptionally strong performance foundation.
