The Q60 Coupé 3.7 is the kind of sports coupe that puts its engine at the center of the experience. Infiniti kept the formula relatively traditional: a long-nose, rear-wheel-drive body, a naturally aspirated V6, and a conventional automatic transmission rather than downsized turbo power. That gave the car a smooth, linear character that suited its elegant proportions while still providing serious pace. Its four-seat cabin also made it more usable than a strict two-seat sports car, adding a practical edge to an otherwise performance-focused design.
During 2013–2015, the Q60 Coupé 3.7 was powered by a naturally aspirated 3.7-liter V6 producing 316 hp and 266 lb-ft of torque. A seven-speed automatic sends power to the rear wheels, with peak power arriving at 7,000 rpm. The coupe reaches 155 mph and completes 0–60 mph in 5.7 seconds, giving its high-revving V6 enough performance to match the car’s distinctly driver-focused layout.
