With its folding roof and low, elegant proportions, the Q60 Cabriolet gave Infiniti’s sports-coupe formula a more relaxed, open-air personality. The four-seat layout made it more practical than a dedicated two-seat roadster, while the naturally aspirated V6 kept the experience firmly rooted in conventional performance engineering. Rather than chasing extreme sports-car credentials, the convertible blended long-distance comfort with enough pace to make top-down driving genuinely engaging. Its combination of luxury, rear-wheel drive, and a high-revving engine gave the Q60 Cabriolet a distinctive place in Infiniti’s lineup.
The naturally aspirated 3.7-liter V6 produces 316 hp and 266 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Peak power arrives at 7,000 rpm, while the Cabriolet reaches 155 mph and accelerates from 0–60 mph in 6.0 seconds. For 2013–2015, this powertrain gave the open-top Q60 a strong balance of smooth cruising and responsive performance.
