The X-Bow GT-XR represents KTM’s most extreme interpretation of its lightweight sports-car philosophy. Developed with strong links to the X-Bow GT2 race car, it combines a carbon-fiber structure with dramatic aerodynamic bodywork and a distinctive canopy-style cockpit. The two-seat machine uses a rear-mid-engine layout and focuses heavily on low weight, aerodynamic efficiency and direct driver involvement, giving the GT-XR a distinctly race-inspired character unlike conventional road-going supercars.
The 2023–2026 X-Bow GT-XR uses a turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-five producing 493 hp and 429 lb-ft of torque. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 3.3 seconds and top speed reaching 174 mph. Its lightweight construction, rear-wheel drive and high-output five-cylinder engine give the GT-XR an exceptionally focused performance foundation.
