The 1998–2000 Lancia Zeta 2.0 16v brought a naturally aspirated petrol engine to Lancia’s practical European MPV. Developed as part of the Eurovan family, the Zeta combined a spacious seven-seat cabin with front-wheel drive and a versatile interior designed for passenger and cargo flexibility. Its focus was on everyday practicality and long-distance comfort rather than outright performance, while the 16-valve engine provided a straightforward petrol-powered alternative within the Zeta range.
The 1998–2000 Zeta 2.0 16v uses a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter inline-four producing 130 hp and 133 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed manual transmission sends power to the front wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 13 seconds and top speed reaching 122 mph. Its combination of front-wheel drive, seven-seat practicality and naturally aspirated four-cylinder power gave the Zeta 2.0 16v a practical foundation for family and long-distance use.
