The 2000–2002 Lancia Zeta 2.0 JTD LS brought common-rail turbo-diesel power to Lancia’s large European MPV. Its spacious seven-seat cabin, front-wheel-drive layout and flexible interior made it suited to family and long-distance use, while the JTD engine added useful torque and diesel efficiency. As part of the Eurovan family, the Zeta focused on passenger space and practicality rather than outright performance, giving the LS a comfortable and versatile character.
The 2000–2002 Zeta 2.0 JTD LS uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four diesel producing 108 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed manual transmission sends power to the front wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 15.3 seconds and top speed reaching 107 mph. Its combination of front-wheel drive, seven-seat practicality and strong diesel torque gave the Zeta 2.0 JTD LS a useful foundation for family and long-distance driving.
