Infiniti entered the premium compact-SUV space with a QX30 that deliberately looked more expressive than its dimensions suggested. The sculpted body, pronounced wheel arches, and raised stance gave it a sporty visual identity, while the turbocharged petrol engine supplied the performance to match that appearance. Rather than trying to behave like a larger luxury SUV, the QX30 2.0t was conceived as a smaller, more agile alternative for buyers who wanted premium character without moving into a bigger vehicle. Its compact proportions remained central to its appeal.
The 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four produces 208 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, with peak torque arriving at just 1,200 rpm. A seven-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels, helping the QX30 reach 143 mph and accelerate from 0–60 mph in 7.1 seconds. That early torque delivery gives the compact crossover a strong response in everyday driving while preserving its sporty personality.
