The 2018–2021 Land Rover Range Rover 4.4 SDV8 belongs to the fourth-generation Range Rover (L405) and represents the diesel-powered side of the facelifted lineup. Its 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 delivers 334 hp through an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving the large luxury SUV strong performance without moving away from the refinement and long-distance character expected of a Range Rover.
The SDV8's appeal is its effortless diesel character rather than outright sporting intent.
