The 1975–1977 Lamborghini Urraco P200 brought a smaller-displacement V8 to Lamborghini’s compact mid-engine sports coupe. Its sleek fastback body, 2+2 seating and rear-mid-engine layout gave it a distinctive character, while the P200 offered a more economical alternative within the Urraco range. The combination of Italian styling, compact dimensions and a naturally aspirated V8 made the P200 an important part of Lamborghini’s early effort to broaden its sports-car lineup.
The 1975–1977 Urraco P200 uses a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter V8 producing 182 hp and 130 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed manual transmission sends power to the rear wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 7.0 seconds and top speed reaching 138 mph. Its rear-mid-engine layout, rear-wheel drive and lightweight 2+2 configuration give the Urraco P200 a distinctive performance foundation.
