2014–2016 Aston Martin V8 Vantage N430 Roadster Specs & Performance

Some Aston Martins are defined by elegance, others by outright performance; the V8 Vantage N430 Roadster deliberately sits between the two. Introduced for 2014–2016, it gave the compact Vantage a sharper, more motorsport-inspired personality while retaining the naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8. Producing 430 hp and 361 lb-ft of torque, the engine drove the rear wheels through a six-speed transmission, giving the two-seat roadster a 190 mph top speed and 4.8-second 0–62 mph time. Its open cockpit made the experience more immediate, turning the V8's high-revving character and exhaust note into a central part of the car's appeal.

The N430 treatment was about more than adding power. Aston Martin used lightweight components, distinctive exterior details and performance-focused chassis tuning to give the Roadster a stronger connection with the marque's racing heritage. Double-wishbone suspension at both ends, ventilated disc brakes and staggered 19-inch tires provided the necessary foundation, while the compact dimensions kept the car agile rather than imposing. The result was a particularly focused version of the V8 Vantage Roadster—still luxurious enough for grand touring, but with a more purposeful character that made it feel closer to Aston Martin's sporting side.
