The 2007–2011 Lancia Ypsilon 1.3 Multijet 16v 105 brought stronger diesel performance to Lancia’s compact hatchback range. Its distinctive three-door body, front-wheel-drive layout and four-seat cabin retained the Ypsilon’s city-friendly character, while the Multijet engine added useful torque and improved long-distance flexibility. The combination of Italian styling, compact dimensions and efficient common-rail diesel technology gave this Ypsilon a practical but more performance-oriented character.
The 2007–2011 Ypsilon 1.3 Multijet 16v 105 uses a turbocharged 1.2-liter inline-four diesel producing 104 hp and 148 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed manual transmission sends power to the front wheels, with 0–60 mph taking 10 seconds and top speed reaching 110 mph. Its combination of compact dimensions, front-wheel drive and strong diesel torque gave the Ypsilon 1.3 Multijet 16v 105 a useful foundation for everyday and longer-distance driving.
